We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

You contact us within 3 days of receiving the order

The product has a manufacturing defect or you received the wrong item or size
Not Eligible If:

The product has been worn, damaged, or altered

The request is made after 3 days

The item was custom-made or tailored to special sizing

The issue is based on minor texture or color variations (due to the handcrafted nature)
Exchange Process

Once approved, ship the item back to our return address.

Weโll dispatch the replacement pair once we receive and inspect the original item.
Please note: Courier costs for returns/exchanges are to be paid by the customer, unless the fault is from our side.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in specific cases where:

The item is out of stock and cannot be replaced

You were charged but never received the product

The product has a verified manufacturing defect and no exchange option is available
