All products listed are described and displayed as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that colors, sizing, or images will be identical due to screen settings and the handmade nature of chappals.
Each chappal is handcrafted, so slight variations are normal and part of its authenticity.

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and include applicable local taxes (if any).

Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, and cash on delivery (COD) in eligible areas.
Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery timelines vary by location.

Once shipped, delivery responsibility is transferred to the courier service.

In case of delays, we will assist you in tracking your package, but we are not responsible for courier delays or failures.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept exchanges or returns under the following conditions:

Return/exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.

Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

Customized or specially sized products are not eligible for return.
